Volunteer Opportunity Areas
Help get the volunteers checked-in and escorted to their proper area.
Greeting visitors and collecting tickets at the gates. Each shift will have a supervisor managing the booth.
Serve beer, wine, and soft drinks. Must be at least 21 years old. (Must wear hat/cap). A mini TABC regulation seminar is presented at the beginning of each shift.
Assist with maintaining the grape levels in barrels, set up & clean up, uphold safety rules.
Assist with food prep, hand out demo tasters and recipe cards, set up & clean up.
“Assist with set up and load out. Booth sitters will provide artists with breaks throughout the event. No selling.
Work as part of the hospitality crew greeting sponsors and members of the media. Duties include food & beverage service, set up and clean up.
Assist with load in, site operations during the event and load out. Requires lifting and duties as assigned.
We consider this group the most “flexible” volunteers. These volunteers need to be ready to go wherever they are needed during their shift. These volunteers will be used to fill in for volunteers who do not show up or to cover last minute emergency needs.
